Client Support Specialist / Virtual Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Manage and organize schedules, coordinate meetings, handle correspondence, and maintain digital files.

  • Client Communication: Act as a primary point of contact for clients, responding to emails, phone calls, and messages promptly and professionally.

  • Project Management: Assist with planning, organizing, and tracking project tasks and deadlines to ensure timely completion.

  • Data Entry: Input and maintain accurate data in various systems and databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.

  • Social Media Management: Support the creation and scheduling of social media content, monitor engagement, and assist with social media strategies.

  • Content Creation: Design engaging visual content using Canva for social media, marketing materials, presentations, and other client needs.

  • Video Editing: Edit and produce high-quality video content for promotional purposes, social media, and internal use, utilizing video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar).

  • Research: Conduct research on various topics as requested, providing well-organized and actionable insights.

  • Customer Support: Provide high-quality support to clients and customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience.

    Qualifications:

    • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role is a plus but we are very much open for newbies who are highly trainable

    • Proficiency in Canva for graphic design and visual content creation is a plus

    • Strong video editing skills with experience in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.) is a plus

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

    • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and adapt to changing priorities.

    • Secret word is "Proactive"

    • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suites (Sheets, Docs, Slides, Drive, Calendar)

    • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
